The staff at both the pickup and drop-off locations were very friendly.

The service staff were polite and did not forcefully sell insurance. The efficiency of car return inspection was also high. It's just that it was hard to find the service personnel when picking up the car, but there were no major issues. When leaving with the car, the first gate was to take a ticket, which was a bit confusing at first on how to proceed, but fortunately other people in their cars gave tips.

Despite the language barrier, their smiles, gestures, and personal demonstration helped us solve the problem. Great service!

The rental company made a mistake with the terminal. I booked a Passat, but they gave me a Peugeot 3008 instead. It seems the Peugeot 3008 is cheaper. Fortunately, the car comes with a navigation system, which is quite convenient.
