Tried to give me a dirty heavily damaged Malibu and when I asked for another. I was told by a very rude guy that I’m renting a USED car! The car was so dirty and damaged that I insisted and was finally given a presentable car.

I filled the gas tank before returning the car and confirmed with the staff that everything was okay, but still got charged an additional $20 for fuel! Ridiculous!
