I rent a car about four to five times a year, always from EUROPE CAR. Their service is quite good. You don't need to worry about too many things, just simple renting. You can feel at ease.
It's a major chain company. We've rented from them several times in different countries. Picking up and dropping off the car is convenient, and the service is always good.
I purchased full insurance, but the car rental company has not provided the relevant documents so far, causing delays in insurance claims after returning home.
Convenient pick-up and drop-off at block B exit. The car is relatively new with about 40,000 kilometers, and in good condition. They also offer free child seats and you can purchase a highway card.
Customer service needs to be improved.
This is my second time with Europcar and probably the last time.
