アデレード空港店の電話がつながらず、レンタカー予約サイトに記載されている住所も間違っており、アデレードを2時間も探し回りました。ずっと通行人に道を聞き、電話をお願いしても応答がなく、最終的に自分でネット検索して住所を見つけましたが、裏口しか見つからず、Herts会社のスタッフに会ってようやく車で連れていってもらいました。レンタカーサイトに記載されている返却場所も間違っており、何度も周辺を回ってもナビで到達できず、電話もつながらなかったため、行程に遅れが出ました。もともと道に詳しくなく、何度も赤信号を無視してしまいました。体験が非常に悪く、レンタカー会社が責任を持って店舗の住所を確認していなかったことに対し、強く抗議します。ドア番号すら記載されておらず、ルートを誤導され、行程に影響が出ました。

Hertz is a big company and generally quite good, but make sure to refuel before returning the car because Hertz's fuel prices are twice as high as outside! I reserved a Highlander, but they only gave me a RAV4.

I clearly booked a 'large SUV Toyota Kluger or similar,' but was given a Nissan X-Trail. Although both have five seats, they are different in size. Hertz said they allocate cars based on seating capacity and claimed the rental website didn't explain this clearly. At the time of booking, the price for the Nissan X-Trail was lower than the Toyota Kluger. Due to the long queue and time constraints, I had to settle for it. Very dissatisfied.
