I called for roadside assistance and was told they would arrive within 90 minutes. Two sets of 90 minutes passed and they still hadn't arrived. When I called again, they told me they couldn't come and that I had to find a solution myself. Stuck in the middle of nowhere with no other options, I called the police. The police were responsible and helped me replace the tire with a spare. In the end, I found a tire shop myself to fix the tire. Basically, it was like, 'We can't help you, find a solution yourself.'

A few hours after picking up the car, I noticed the windshield washer wasn't working. I returned to the rental location and got a replacement vehicle. The customer service was quick. The second car wasn't filled up completely, but the staff noted it in the system, allowing for a return with an empty tank. The return process was smooth.

The service was attentive and enthusiastic. The return process was simple and convenient. The car was relatively new and trustworthy.
