The service attitude was okay, but the car's tire treads were already quite worn. It is recommended to replace the tires to reduce the chance of a tire blowout during the rental period.

Hertz rental company employees are professional and provide detailed explanations of vehicle conditions, New Zealand road conditions, driving precautions, and car insurance. Due to being a large company, there are many people picking up cars, resulting in longer waiting times. The vehicle condition is average, with several minor scratches on the exterior. Make sure to record and confirm these with rental company staff when picking up the car.

Renting a car was very convenient, and the Auckland airport branch opens very early! Returning the car was even easier! We haven't received the bill yet and don't know if there are any charges.
