When I arrived at the store, it was already 1 AM. The staff didn't say anything and just asked me to swipe my card. I thought it was for a deposit, so we quickly took the car since everyone was tired. Later, I discovered that $249.47 had been charged directly to my credit card for insurance. I had two rentals; during the first one in Los Angeles, the staff introduced several types of insurance and only charged us extra after we agreed. However, in San Francisco, the insurance fee was charged without my consent or even my knowledge. This was very disappointing. Additionally, the car rented during the first trip had a battery issue on December 10th, which wasted a whole half day of our time meant for exploring the Grand Canyon. The case number for that issue is 160322227. I chose this company because of its reputation, but my overall experience was not satisfactory.

Both pick-up and drop-off were very fast, and there was no issue with using a magnetic stripe card for the deposit instead of a chip card. We even extended our rental by a day without any formalities, and the fee was deducted directly from the deposit when we returned the car.

The system clearly showed available cars, but the American girl insisted we upgrade. We specifically went to the parking lot to take photos as evidence, and only then did we get the Camaro. The old gentleman at the parking lot was from Guangdong and taught us how to open the convertible. Great service.

When I booked, they said all customers could receive a Suburban. However, at pickup, the customer service said there were none left and gave me a GMC Yukon XL. In the parking lot, I noticed a ready-to-go Suburban parked diagonally opposite. I used my US driver's license and phone customer service for online pickup. So initially, the upselling services weren't too excessive. Still, not getting the car I wanted felt like a rip-off.

The service was excellent, and returning the car was very convenient. However, the wait time for processing the paperwork was a bit long. Upon arriving at the store, I spent $30 to upgrade to a Jeep SUV. Initially, they asked for $50, but seeing our hesitation, they immediately reduced it by $20.
