Island Road Trip

When I rented the car, they told me to contact Yesaway staff on WeChat before returning the car to get the location of a gas station near the airport, so I could make sure the tank was full. On the day of return, no one replied to my WeChat messages. Although they knew my return time was 10 PM, they never informed me that the gas station near the airport closed at 9 PM. I ended up driving around in vain and had to pay an additional fee.

Arrived at the airport at 11 AM. The service was very warm. The guy who inspected the car even drove me out of the parking lot.

It was a very smooth car rental experience. Although the battery died because I forgot to turn off the overhead light, the insurance company quickly provided free roadside assistance. Later, a motorcycle grazed the car leaving a small scratch, but there were no issues. I'm just puzzled why there was still a faint smell of durian in the trunk despite it being well-packed, almost resulting in a 5000 baht fine.

Great car condition... in fact the car that I got is only 1400km mileage. Very clean and good condition. Staff is helpful. Highly recommended.

Great platform, easy to navigate and make booking. Will use this platform again if need to book car again.
