It was a very smooth car rental experience. Although the battery died because I forgot to turn off the overhead light, the insurance company quickly provided free roadside assistance. Later, a motorcycle grazed the car leaving a small scratch, but there were no issues. I'm just puzzled why there was still a faint smell of durian in the trunk despite it being well-packed, almost resulting in a 5000 baht fine.
Satisfied. The day before returning the car, I had a minor collision with a local car. Since I bought full insurance, the procedures were quite simple.

The staff informed us if we return with smell then they will charge us 5000 THB but why didn’t staff check the car before hand to the customer. Pick up car process also took long tike compare to another company.
Like: Had a small mishap with the driver's side of the side mirror. Had a replacement vehicle for a top up of a small additional sum. The staffs ( 思思 and 田甜) were extra friendly.
