Forced to buy insurance or they wouldn't release the car. The customer called and negotiated with the local pickup guide, but the car rental staff refused to answer the guide's calls.
Once we had a situation with low brake fluid. We purchased roadside assistance, which was great. They brought another car and towed away the one with the issue.
The vehicle I ordered was upgraded and we added to this and upgraded again to our desired vehicle
