The car rental company charged an exorbitant young driver fee and forced me to take a smaller and worse car. They also required a 1500 euro deposit which they ultimately did not return.
Overall, the service was great with a good attitude. They provided service in English. The car was very clean at pickup, and the return inspection was very simple. Highly recommend, they don't scrutinize too much.
Office for pickup/drop off fairly difficult to locate as there aren’t many signs. Car had a knocking noise on suspension and no windscreen wash on pickup. Waited quite a long time on drop off as there was only one member of staff dealing with customers.

Inaccurate re pickup as stated on airport and it was off airport. Opening hours were inaccurate which meant we had to return our car earlier than we'd planned to otherwise they'd have been shut

The receptionist demanded a Credit Card with raised numbers and letters, then used chip and pin technology to process deposit. My euro Credit Card is chip and pin only, she nearly didn’t rent me the car!
