They said the wait for the return would be 5-10 minutes, but we ended up waiting 15-20 minutes. The first car wasn't even available, which almost made us miss our flight.
When picking up the car, they tried to sell us various insurances, which was unpleasant.
I reserved a Corolla, but no vehicle was available. They asked for an upgrade fee, but after a lot of hassle, they offered a small car that couldn't fit luggage. After refusing it, I waited for 30 minutes and got a Hyundai Elantra that was about 60% new. So, the service is just average.
