Due to a flight delay of three hours, my scheduled 12:45 AM flight arrived at Klia2 around 4 AM. After a 15-minute phone call, they contacted me and immediately picked me up to the company's location at Klia1.
staff is very helpful & polite... the rental is also reasonable. They provide shuttle service from Klia 2 to rental center which located at Klia, the shuttle driver is a kind uncle... all the procedures are smooth and fast, i get my car within ten minutes... i will choose this company next time if i want rent a car again. THANKS SURIA!
Like: Always inform them whether you're gonna be in klia1 or klia2. I did and it was easy. Directions was clear, process was easy.
