The car rental company said that renting through other platforms requires an additional $300 fee. It's basically a scam.

Customer service was very efficient and exceptionally friendly, making me feel very welcomed in a foreign country.

I had already booked a seven-seater SUV with AVIS through Zuzuche and paid in advance, but when I arrived they said there were no cars available and tried to give me a four-seater. Even though I had purchased comprehensive insurance, they kept trying to sell me more insurance. It took almost three hours from queuing to getting the car. In the end, I had to reluctantly buy additional insurance to get a seven-seater, which was actually a car that had just been returned and not yet cleaned. This rental experience was really terrible and the service was extremely poor.

ZuZuCar claimed full insurance was included, but this rental company disagreed and made us pay an additional $17 for full coverage!
