This was a particularly bad car rental experience, so I'm sharing it with everyone. This company is very small and not well organized. The website mentioned airport pick-up and drop-off, but unlike other companies that have buses shuttling between the airport and the company, this one had nothing. After leaving the airport, I had to call them and was told to get there myself, though they covered the cost, so I didn't argue. I picked up the car and after resting the next day, I realized the car had already done over 100,000 kilometers. I couldn’t believe it was so old, but since it was far away, I decided to use it anyway. Two weeks later, one of the tires burst. I changed it myself and went to get it repaired, only to be told it was too old to be fixed and that the other tires were also dangerous. I contacted the company, and they agreed to let me change cars the next day. However, when I arrived, the staff claimed they were unaware and didn't think the car was bad, refusing to change it. Contacting Zuzuche’s customer service was of no help; they only comforted my son but couldn’t solve the problem. I had to handle it myself. When returning the car, I had a gut feeling this company would try something. I washed the car and refueled it. Nevertheless, the next day, I received invoices for $35 and $40. I am currently negotiating with Zuzuche to resolve this issue.

“Never rent with right cars”

I was at the Right Car counter, and I signed the contract. And soon after the representative took it back and tore it saying he was cancelling the reservation. I was asked to show my insurance which I did and he claimed the liability was not enough. I have attached a copy of my insurance and as you can see it has 100/300/100 limit, so I was trying to find out where is my insurance lacking the coverage and asking for an explanation. At no point did I ever refuse their insurance. And in fact even agreed to purchase it. The representative just decided to cancel the reservation with no value reason and ask me to leave. I had prepaid the entire amount of reservation and was told I would get no refund. I see no fault of mine in this and the least I deserve is my money back. Not to mention this caused me a lot of inconvenience, wasted my time, and I had to end up looking for another car rental which costs me a lot money. I had never ever experienced such terrible car rental experience in my life before.

They tell everyone there who is using their own insurance, that their property coverage isn't high enough, even though they have different values and the only notice is the liability amount minimum required... thereby forcing everyone to get additional insurance. There isnt communication on how to find the car rental place. Thereby making it a long and confusing search.

“Unsafe, Never Again, THE WORST Customer Service I've ever seen.”

I have been renting cars in Florida for 25 years. I always have a pleasant experience. Right Cars was absolutely horrendous. From the moment I picked up the car until drop off. The car was unsafe and dirty. Ontop of that, the customer service made the experience the absolute worst. When I went to pick up the car, the supervisor, Oscar wanted to charge me extra insurance because I didn't have the "sufficient coverage". I called my agent infront of him, and she assured me that I had more than enough coverage. He argued for about 25 minutes claiming this $300,000 property provision was in the terms and conditions when I booked. I pulled up the terms and conditions infront of him, read them aloud, and no where did it state a property provision. Our declaration stated we had enough coverage as well as the fact that I have $500,000 in liability. He was rude, nasty, and extremely condescending. He seemed happy to argue with me. The vehicle was absolutely disgusting. Myself and my daughters were grossed out to sit in it. All four windows, including the windshield were dirty and didn't look like they were ever cleaned from the inside. There was some sort of glue all over the middle of the windshield which was a huge distraction while driving at night. The car had an abrupt shake if you went over 55 mph. In addition, the car had over 30,000 miles on it. In all of my years of renting a car, they have never had anything close to 30,000 miles. We returned to Right Cars to get into another argument. I told Oscar about the condition of the car and the shaking. He did not seem phased. I filled up the car and upon returning it, it was down by one tick of gas. He insisted he must charge me a $50 gas fee. I had to have my daughter drive the car to the nearest gas station to fill up 1 gallon of gas. This made us late to the airport, requiring us to take an Uber. He was rude and did not care that he was making us late at all. Terrible experience and I will never rent again.
