Terrible car, broke down twice and couldn't start, had to wait for road assistance. Waited three hours for road assistance at a gas station on the outer ring road.

The pickup process was very quick and procedures were efficient. This included the return, where the car was inspected, we said thank you, and left. At the counter during pickup, they recommended the Fuel Up Front Option, which meant we could return the car with an empty tank. We thought it was reasonable and bought it. However, returning the car with an empty tank wasn’t as easy as expected, though it was convenient. Also, the counter staff didn’t inspect the car with us during pickup. After inspecting the car ourselves, we found some scratches and had to go back to have them noted in the contract, which wasn’t very satisfactory.
