AVIS is very professional. The car was in great condition, less than ten thousand kilometers driven, and it's automatic!

The car did exceed my expectations, really good for our purposes. There was damage to the bonnet of the car that had not been reported and had I not noticed it I could have been held liable hence I have marked down the condition of the car. As there were 2 off us in the car it should have had 2 hi- visibility vests. It’s law in France that every person in the car has a vest in case of an issue. There was only one but when asked for we were supplied with one after 10 minutes or so. None of the staff seemed to know about this requirement. Other than that, very happy and would rent here again.

The service attitude was good and they went through the rental agreement details thoroughly.

Picked up the car in the morning, the process was quite fast

Difficult to locate counter at Marseille airport. Counter staff helpful (spoke English). More difficult to locate correct drop-off location in Paris.

Service in France was decent, staff attitude was average, rental price a bit high.

Avis's services were generally fine, but the pickup location was at the train station, which was not specified in the order. It took a long time to find it.

Although finding the pickup location in France took a lot of effort, as the Google Maps location was somewhat inaccurate, and the pickup point was not by the street but on an uphill road, making it hard to find, the company's service was still acceptable.

Since I had my insurance with QEEQ AVIS informed me that in case of accident I will be charged with the cost of repairs and reimbursed by the insurance I had Fortunately, no accidents and this saved me from a lengthy hassle
