First experience of an electric vehicle and loved it, but was provided with no support when I picked it up, simply told all the instructions are in the car – they were, but all in French! It wasn’t straightforward and I only managed thanks to some kind passers-by who saw me struggling at the charge point.

“Upgrade Car/Hard to find Drop off location/the straff try to selll the insurance”

the straff try to selll the insurance eventhough i already bought AXE insurance on Easyrentcars.com She said AXE insurance on Easyrentcars.com that i bought not cover the car. I so confused but luckily i notice the messege "You've purchased insurances insured by AXA as noted above. We kindly remind you to avoid buying duplicated insurances at the counter" So i did not buy. The problem about Europcar at Marseiille Station is the straff forgot to give me the parking ticket code. So i can not exit the car park. my friend need to run to the counter to ask about the parking code. And the problem about drop off Nimes Station is the Location is not clear. It's only show "Nimes downtown 1 RUE SAINT FELICITE" So i think it's outside the station but actually it's inside Nimes Station -2 Level. Hard to find. But i got Upgrade Car. Big Space. I'm happy

The car exceed our expectation. Was offered an upgrade at a discounted price which was nice. Did mention insurance but wasn’t forced upon us like some other company. Over all the speedy pick up que is faster as we booked via EasyRentCars. Compare to walk in customers but still waited for 45 mins which is not great. Return is a much more speedy affair less than 5 mins. Overall a pleasant experience.

This platform is perfect to book a car highly recommended in fact already done so to friends and family. Will be the first choice to book car abroad.

Europecar offered me a SERES3 EV. I asked them for another car such as Peugeot, Renault, Citroën, etc, but they said they have only Chinese EV cars or Tesla for extra 100 €. I didn't accept Tesla, and take Seres3. During my drive on the first day, the car had problem with electric system. I went to the Europcar Agency in Montpelier Airport. At the beginning they refused to change the car. I called Europcar Help Center and QEEQ help center but didn't contact to anybody. I resist to change the car and they accept to change the car with MG4. This EV car was OK and I completed my travel without another problems.

The website allowed us to return the car at 10:30 PM local time, but when we arrived at the return location a bit after 7 PM, it was already closed. The key drop box was sealed off too. In the end, we had no choice but to park the car in front of the return location and throw the keys into the store. Such an incident caused us significant inconvenience and frustration. Very disappointed, absolutely poor service, terrible, terrible, terrible!

WE reserved the car for pick up at 12pm we received a confirmation, we arrived at Europcar at 1155am, nobody was at the counter, we waited a man came and say they closed at 12pm, and if we wanted the car we will have to pay extra 50 euros!! We told him we were there before 12pm, he was very rude, and ask for another credit card, there is a pending $500.00 dollars charge from them, if it goes through I will deny it! He gave us the wrong address to return the car as well as easy rental, The guy at Europcar was supposed to give us a map and a code to return the car!!, he did not we spend 1 hour driving around Lyon to find the location we almost missed our train because of this, really bad bad service !!!

They told me to make an upgrade because they havent the car I rent. So when I returned the car, the amount was different. But I didnt ask to have an upgrade. So we complained in Niza and I home it resolve this problem.
