When I first arrived, the place was completely deserted. I called out to the house at the back, but no one responded. After waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes, someone finally showed up. Later I realized there was only one person handling everything, probably he was out washing cars earlier.
It's a small company, operating as a franchise. It was peak season when I picked up the car, so all vehicles were taken. They upgraded me to a Toyota Mini Van for free, which even had electric doors.
