Pickup and drop-off with the rental company is very convenient, hardly any waiting in line. The car is relatively new and in good condition. Satisfied with the service!
Overall it's alright, but I still haven’t received the invoice. I've rented cars in Europe dozens of times and this is the first time it has been delayed this long.
There were four adults and five suitcases. Initially, we booked a Mercedes C-Class wagon, but Europcar provided an Audi A4 wagon instead. We were concerned that the A4's trunk wouldn't fit all our luggage. After some persuasion from the staff, we decided to pay extra to upgrade to a Jaguar XF wagon. The staff were very polite and did not pressure us into upgrading. Therefore, I am very satisfied with the company's service this time.
