Overall it's alright, but I still haven’t received the invoice. I've rented cars in Europe dozens of times and this is the first time it has been delayed this long.
I reserved an EQA but it was unavailable. They offered two options: a free switch to Polestar 2 or an upgrade to EQB for an additional fee. I wanted to compare the cars first, but eventually had to pay extra. They provided a Shell charging card that couldn't be activated, so I had to go to the train station location to get a new one.
Even though there were few people, the process was slow. Not sure if it's because I didn't buy their insurance, but the efficiency was very low.
