The service is excellent.

Overall it was okay. The staff at the store communicated in English without any issue and were quite patient. However, we were a bit late, and there was a queue to pick up the car. Then they told me the reserved model was not available. Either I had to upgrade at an extra cost or wait. The upgraded model did not come with any discount, and the additional cost did not include tax. Ultimately, the final payment required an extra 21% tax, which made it much more expensive than expected.

Both pick up and drop off staff were VERY helpful and personable. I'd like to name them but I've already forgotten, maybe support can send a quick personalized email note to check in (mostly so I can give them credit). Thank you team!

Zeer professioneel en klantvriendelijk. Alles ging vlot, auto was keurig schoon en ruim.

We konden de pick up locatie niet vinden. In de mail stond dat deze in terminal was. Dit klopte echter niet en na telefonisch contact met Alamo werden we naar de juiste plek geïnstrueerd.
