The process of picking up and returning the car was very smooth. The car was in good condition with over 20,000 kilometers on it, and it handled well. Unfortunately, the GPS rented from Hertz had a faulty power connection, causing it to repeatedly lose power unless the angle was constantly adjusted. Later, in Bairnsdale, although there was no GPS available, they helped confirm it was defective and suggested seeking help in Canberra. They also kindly printed out four pages of color Google Maps directions, which was very heartwarming.

The store is very close to the international arrivals, making it easy to find. The staff are very patient. It's also very convenient when returning the car.
