There were no cars available for the model I reserved, and after waiting half a day, a car came but was reported faulty at the door and needed repairs. A European couple went to negotiate, and they were upgraded without any argument. However, when I went to negotiate, seeing that we were Chinese, they asked us to continue waiting. It took over an hour of back and forth. When I wanted to extend the rental period at the counter, they impatiently told me to call. The additional day was calculated at the full, non-discounted rate, which wasn't cheaper than Hertz. Overall, it didn’t feel very friendly. Additionally, they required a translated driver's license, while Hertz doesn't.
