The car rental company's service was pretty good, and there were no upsells during the pickup.

I had already booked a seven-seater SUV with AVIS through Zuzuche and paid in advance, but when I arrived they said there were no cars available and tried to give me a four-seater. Even though I had purchased comprehensive insurance, they kept trying to sell me more insurance. It took almost three hours from queuing to getting the car. In the end, I had to reluctantly buy additional insurance to get a seven-seater, which was actually a car that had just been returned and not yet cleaned. This rental experience was really terrible and the service was extremely poor.

The rental company included insurance when picking up the car and required us to buy it. Thankfully, after calling QEEQ, we managed to get a refund since we had already purchased insurance through QEEQ earlier.

Double billing. I had already paid the rental fee, but they charged me again later. This serious mistake is completely unacceptable!

Multiple locations with convenient positioning, fast procedures, minimal chit-chat. Hand over the booking form, pay, take the car, and go. Overall, it's convenient and practical.
