Not bad. They didn't fuss much, but they gave me two keys that were locked together, which was very inconvenient to carry.

No extra sales pitches, straightforward procedures.

The experience was terrible. There were constant upselling attempts during the rental process. They refused to give me a car unless I bought additional insurance. Eventually, they only gave me a Camry, the worst option in its class. They also didn't have the models they initially promised. The return process was extremely inefficient, and I still haven't received a return receipt or confirmation email. The accident handling was very slow. After an incident, I had to switch cars in Vancouver, but they said it was a U.S. car and refused to accept it upon return.
