As I mentioned before, walking to the airport should be accurate, if driving navigation is inaccurate. It's hard to find the car rental return location at the airport.

The location is right on the first floor of the Toronto airport terminal, very convenient. No extra sales push, just asked if I needed the super cover. Returning the car was a bit of a hassle due to the navigation issue. When we arrived, there were a few returns happening. They briefly checked the car and issued a receipt from a handheld device in no time.

The pickup and dropoff were very fast, and the staff had a good attitude, but the car's condition was not particularly good.

Perhaps due to the comprehensive insurance, pick-up and drop-off were quick. The staff were very friendly.
