From Los Angeles to San Francisco, then Las Vegas and back to Los Angeles.

Arrived at night, didn't wait long, pretty good.

Very dissatisfied. This was my first time using this company. The person who attended to me was a woman, and without asking me, she added $500 of additional services. When I noticed and asked for a refund, she was reluctant. Meanwhile, there was an elderly white lady renting a car next to me, and this woman directly asked her if she wanted the service. The service was extremely poor! During the process, I had the customer service from the rental platform talk to her over the phone, but she was clearly unwilling and refused to take the call.

The service was great. There were quite a few people, and they did try to sell insurance a bit, but after declining, they didn't push further.

We initially went to the wrong place and ended up inside a building (QEEQ's instructions were to find staff directly outside to pick up the car). During registration, the staff inside first told us they didn't have the model we booked and asked us to pay extra for an upgrade, then tried to sell us various insurance policies.

Returning the car was extremely convenient and quick.
