The car rental store in Milan is quite a distance from the parking lot. We had to drag two heavy suitcases across two streets and up to the third floor of the parking lot to find the place. Luckily, a staff member appeared halfway, so we didn't have to search for long.

Well organized at the Reception, Veronica if I'm not mistaken, they were expecting me, got Fiat 500L instead of Ford Fiesta in few minutes I was done by the reception but had to walk 300 meters to the parking in order to pick up the car.
