The counter only checked the document issued by QEEQ, ignoring my notarized Hague Apostille. Europcar's system is mediocre; the address, phone number, and email all need to be handwritten. After explaining that I had purchased all the insurance before departure, the counter did not push additional insurance, which is a good practice among major car rental companies nowadays.

The service was excellent, and the staff spoke fluent English.

The cars from this company are very new. When I rented, the mileage was only 11 kilometers - it was a brand new car.

When handling the car pickup procedures, they added some extra costs. Due to communication issues, it took a lot of time and was hard to understand the additional charges. The experience wasn't great. It would be better to have Chinese service during pickup and a more detailed explanation of the car's operation.

Although you gave me a similar vehicle, however, it's space is much smaller than the vehicle I booked. It makes us very inconvenient.
