Waited 40 minutes to pick up the car. Had booked a four-door, five-seat sedan but was given a two-door mini. They said there were no other cars available and no compensation.
The lady at the store was very friendly and specifically suggested a route for our return to make it easier to refuel before dropping off the car. She also pointed out that since we had already purchased full insurance through QEEQ, we didn't need to buy any additional coverage. The staff was very polite during the car exchange, the whole process was smooth, and there were no issues.
