They directly charged a deposit of 4000 lira without informing us in advance. There was no clear indication that it was a charge rather than a pre-authorization, and we weren't given the option to choose the exchange rate. We only realized this later, resulting in us losing approximately 400 lira in fees.
The service did not match the website description. It wasn't a full-to-full fuel policy, but an empty-to-empty policy, which made me spend an extra 100 liras on fuel.
The rental company's address was fake. Upon arriving at the airport in the morning, we called and were told to wait at the airport. After a long wait and multiple follow-up calls, they stopped answering altogether. We had no choice but to take a taxi to the address listed on the rental contract. The address turned out to be fake, with no such street number. Finally, after the taxi driver made a call, we managed to pick up the car from a car wash. The taxi fare cost us 300 lira. This company is completely unprofessional.

I contacted the company they told me we have your reservation but sorry no car available for you ,
You need to cancel your reservation,
It was big surprise the company attitude
And egnoranc although I came on time for pickup,
