The rental company's address was fake. Upon arriving at the airport in the morning, we called and were told to wait at the airport. After a long wait and multiple follow-up calls, they stopped answering altogether. We had no choice but to take a taxi to the address listed on the rental contract. The address turned out to be fake, with no such street number. Finally, after the taxi driver made a call, we managed to pick up the car from a car wash. The taxi fare cost us 300 lira. This company is completely unprofessional.

I showed them proof of toll payments, but they crumpled the receipts and threw them in the trash. I had to retrieve them from the trash myself. They didn't even use a pre-authorization; they directly charged my card. This was the worst car rental experience of my life. Please, Rental Platform, be more cautious in choosing your partners. Don't let such rental companies tarnish your reputation.
