They didn’t provide any sign off on damages prior to departure and tried to stitch me up for damages, which I refused to pay. Bloody useless and I’ll never use them again.

Not many people in line, and the service was efficient. The parking lot is right across the street. The staff are very willing to accompany you to pick up the car and provide a brief guide on its functions.
