The company could not process payments using a MasterCard with a UnionPay logo, and consequently refused to rent a car to me. They claimed that the deposit I paid was to the rental website, not to them. They directed me to another company at the store to handle the rental. To avoid disrupting my travel plans, I had to rent a car from another company at the airport for the full price. If I had known this beforehand, why would I have bothered to select a cost-effective rental website?

The attitude was okay, but they didn't inform us beforehand that the car we booked wasn't available.

At the store, you can ask the staff if there are any available upgrades; they usually help you find one, which is great.

Very satisfied. Efficiency and service attitude are both very good. I don't know why their score is so low.
