Added insurance without noticing initially, trusted the chubby female clerk too much. Originally rented an Audi but got a lower grade car.

I repeatedly emphasized needing an automatic transmission, but they still gave me a manual.

A small scratch on the bumper costs over 300 euros!

1. The rental process is clear and well-organized. The return process is simple and fast. 2. The rental and return locations are very obvious and clear. 3. Deducted one star because the waiting time on the English helpline was long, and the customer service later hung up the phone. (Partly could be our bad phone signal)

Car was great, they gave us a bigger car, small SUV. Paid more in tolls in Portugal as they count small SUV's as class 2, which means 3 times class 1, regular sedan! Also there was an additional airport charge.

Worked well for us, overall... will use again!
