There were quite a few people, but the service was excellent. No hidden charges.

Initially they gave me a Kia K5, but after a long discussion, they provided a Nissan Altima. However, the car was quite old, and the seats were very dirty, which is a major downside. I am quite detail-oriented, and this experience was much worse than renting a car domestically.

There weren't many people in line. Initially, they wanted to upgrade my car, but the price increased by 20%, so I reverted to my original booking. They asked if I wanted extra insurance. After I declined, they didn't push further and quickly processed the paperwork for the car. Overall, the service was pretty good.

Everyone, do not choose Hertz! It's really a scam!! I was charged $300 for a cleaning fee! Did I drive the car into a sewer or what?! And I specifically cleaned it! I filled up the gas tank, yet they said it wasn't full! Sigh! Seriously, do not choose Hertz!!!!!!
