Overall, it was quite good. There were three additional items added last minute, one of which was introduced and accepted.

The middle-aged woman at the store kept pushing the additional liability insurance. Although she made some valid points, I explained that I had already bought travel insurance including additional liability coverage back in China. However, she kept insisting, which was really annoying and unpleasant.

A sufficient number of vehicles to meet rental needs.

Very efficient and no pushy sales. They only suggested a bigger car after I mentioned we had many people and luggage. We rented a larger Buick Enclave, the extra cost was reasonable, and the car was nearly new and very comfortable to drive.
