Arrogant attitude, insisted on extra charges

Even though they knew we were a group of six, they gave us a seven-seater car without a rear trunk. We had to fold down one seat for luggage, and two suitcases had to be crammed inside the cabin, which was very uncomfortable. When we reached Jackson, we saw larger seven-seaters and wanted to change cars, but the rental company wouldn't let us, insisting we return the car where we picked it up. Therefore, we were very dissatisfied with this rental service.

The car broke down on the second day, and we spent a whole day waiting for a replacement. Very inefficient.

Not bad. We arrived at San Francisco airport in the morning, not many people, waited about 7-8 minutes.

Was very expensive for the short time we had it is my only complaint
