After returning home, I had to contact after-sales multiple times to resolve this. 3. When returning the car, the staff were overwhelmed and very impatient, providing poor service. In the end, I recommend choosing a big company for car rental. Although it's a bit more expensive, at least the service is good and they don't make random charges. The Centauro location is terrible in Lisbon. Very small and bad location and difficult for pickup and drop off. The shuttle service is inadequate with only one to maximum 2 vans for many people who need the service.
