3 Days in Auckland: Airport, Bird Island, Winery, Mission Bay, Mount Eden, Devonport Seaviews

Booked corolla but got the different model from this company. It was bigger than I thought. From previous journey, we couldn't fit our bags so had to put 2 bags at back seats, but this car was more than enough to put all . Car was pretty old (ran more than 100000km) and no Bluetooth functions so had to get audio line from petrol station which didn't bother too much Despite car was old, company maintained the car so well so it was nice and comfortable during our journey and customer Service was tooooo good Thank you EZU Even thought its not a big company like europcar , hertz , avis We will definitely Use this company again when we visit Auckland again Thank you

Friendly staff, easy to communicate, briefing conducted very well

all good. but didn't the Yaris though, got into a Vitz instead, it ran well

easy & simple to book, options to choose: suppliers and groups of cars.

I got what I booked for. Just to mention the insurance I paid is 3rd party so if something happens like example a small scratch you will need to pay the car rental and then claim to the insurance company dont want to imagine how long that process will take.

Like: Efficiency, no hassle and value for money
Dislike: I have to get really picky here it would be that they weren't based at the Airport.
