車を借りる際に保険を勧められましたが、不要と言うとすぐに変更され、確認のためにサインをしました。クレジットカードで100ドルが決済され、自分で駐車場に行って車を見つけ、問題がなければそのまま出発しました。返却は1分で完了です。近くにガソリンスタンドがあり、やや高いですが、満タン返却が便利です。

They had the car I requested but did not provide it until I repeatedly asked. The rental amount did not match the confirmed amount on QEEQ, and they couldn't explain the extra charges. Due to time constraints, we accepted it first. This needs to be handled by QEEQ.

Car was not cleaned properly prior to rental, particularly from outside. Their was a dent on the front left with bumper coming lose and it was not noted in the rental documents - I had to ask the security guy to ensure it was added and he later did
