I was very satisfied with this self-drive car rental experience. National Car Rental provided efficient and considerate service. When I returned the car, I mistakenly parked at the domestic departure terminal instead of the international terminal. Despite communication barriers and unfamiliarity with the roads, their staff patiently came to my location and reassured me with 'No problem'. This made the rental experience exceptionally good.

Upon exiting the airport, I saw a row of rental counters, just as QEEQ had informed us in advance, so it was easy to find National. The procedure was very quick.

The car received was not the same model as the one we booked. I booked a nissan march but in the end got a nissan almera. The car had quite a few scratches, the audio system had some problems connecting to phone using cable.
