They charged a $100 deposit as a vehicle deposit.
When we returned the car with a full tank of gas, we noticed the $100 pre-authorization had turned into a $33.45 charge. We approached the rental counter again, noticing that the lady at the counter was not attending to anyone. When we tried to talk to her, she told us to step back behind the line, saying she was busy and that we should wait until she called us. When she finally called us over, she continued doing her task without looking up and rudely said 'talk to me!' Her attitude was very arrogant and filled with discrimination against Chinese people! Regarding the issue of pre-purchasing a full tank of gas, they said we had signed for it in the contract, and they would not refund us for the extra gas we had refilled.
The most infuriating part of this experience was the rental company's attitude towards Chinese people!
