Noleggiare, although very friendly, brow beat us into buying their additional insurance for 0 excess on the car.

It did not help us this year.

They tried to make us purchase additional travel insurance even though we had complete coverage through Axa. I however was hoodwinked and ended up buying cross border coverage for the whole rental even though we spent part of our time in the country in which the car was rented. Also the return car experience was difficult in the airport.

The car was fine. In the keys, it said "Diesel" although the car was benzine. This could lead to a huge problem for both the company and a customer. I informed the office, but its worth stating again. Thanks.
