I turned off the engine and waited outside smoking. When it was my turn, the staff asked if I was Chinese. I said yes, and he claimed he saw me smoking in the car. I told him I had been smoking outside while waiting for the inspection. He ignored me and insisted that I smoked inside, charging a $300 penalty on my credit card.
