I rented a car with my order at the Philadelphia downtown store, but the store refused to give me the car as per the order, insisting that I needed an international driver's license. Three days prior, I had repeatedly contacted QEEQ to confirm if a translated driver's license (using the Budget store template) would be acceptable, and they assured me it would be fine. However, when I arrived at the store, I couldn't use the car and had to rent from another company at a higher price, which affected my travel plans. The dispute is currently being processed, and I am requesting compensation for the rental price difference and the transportation costs incurred by renting from another company. I hope such situations do not happen again in the future. I chose QEEQ to ensure a smooth, safe, and worry-free trip, otherwise renting from foreign websites is actually much cheaper. I've rented multiple times from the same company without any issues in the past, but this time has been very disappointing. I hope QEEQ resolves this properly.
