Car was upgraded for free & exceeded expectations. Easy to find rental counter and pick up was easy and straight forward with friendly staff. Drop off could have been better, had a query relating to charges but staff at drop off unable to assist, possibly due to it being a Sunday.

Good booking platform, but did get confused into agreeing to a subscription model and membership with second booking, but decided to stay to see what savings could be achieved even with paying for membership. However have been very pleased with customer service as due to a flight cancellation car pick up was later than arranged on a Saturday & rental company needed to be liaised with which QEEQ did very well.

I asked for a manual transmission car but was given an automatic. On discovering this I had to go back to the office. They said no manual ones available so he kindly showed me how to operate the automatic.

I returned the car to the airport 10 mins after the set return time and i was charged a full extra day of rental. I had to contact Budget customer service after returning home with international call to get my charge reversed. I think Budget can do a little better (I asked the counter if everything good, he replied YES everything good) when returning key to the counter. Otherwise one little issue might ruining the whole trip.

Service personnalisé auprès de Budget. La personne au comptoir était prête avec nos documents et les formalités ont été effectuées très rapidement. La voiture était impeccable et nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à la conduire pendant nos vacances. Le retour dans un autre aéroport s'est également déroulé très rapidement et sans soucis aucun. A recommander !

Très bon site de réservation qui nous propose de très bons prix de location. Et ça suit avec l'entreprise de location de voitures.
