I had already paid the full rental amount to Zuzuche, but when I collected the car at the counter, I was asked to swipe my card for the rental fee again. I thought it was a pre-authorization, but the bank statement showed it as an overseas transaction, which was perplexing and worrying. I had to check with the bank after returning to verify if there were double charges, which was quite troublesome.

Renting and returning the car was quite convenient, with detailed return locations. It was a good car rental experience.
