Following QEEQ's guidance made it easy to find the rental company's shuttle station. The rental process was simple, and the staff were very courteous.

There should be more detailed instructions either at the airport or on QEEQ. If I hadn't read the user reviews, I would have almost taken the wrong bus.

“No need to tell you.”
About Thrifty: 2.0 /10
The line was very slow. There was no free upgrade, and even the car I reserved, a Toyota Corolla, was unavailable. I had to wait an hour for a Hyundai. The manager, a woman, essentially said 'take it or leave it, cancel if you want!' No Chinese language service, not open 24 hours, no delivery service. Very aggressive upselling! The male African American clerk stared at me and said, 'This is America!' meaning if I didn't buy the insurance he recommended, I wouldn't get the car! The service attitude was terrible! I will never rent from Thrifty again. Moreover, when I called 'Zuzuche' (the third-party booking platform), their support was very weak. They told me to listen to the car rental agency! Even though I had already purchased full insurance on my order, they didn't firmly support me against buying the additional insurance the clerk recommended. I felt helpless! The service was extremely poor!

They kept insisting that I buy additional insurance because the other party didn't have third-party coverage. I ended up buying it. The Chevrolet TAHOE was really hard to drive—no power, slow acceleration, not much space, with around 80,000 to 90,000 miles on it. The car got scratched in an LA parking lot. Luckily, I had purchased scratch insurance. After driving the Tahoe for a few days, there was an issue with the oil, so I switched to a Nissan Armada. The Armada was much better—more space and it had 4WD, also with around 80,000 to 90,000 miles on it. I would suggest not renting a Chevrolet. Driving it for 5 to 6 hours is really exhausting.
